Today I went over my friend Gabe's house. I got there, sat with him for a little bit, and then he remembered to give me my gifts from Korea. He handed me a yellow satin bag, I opened it and removed a woven cellphone charm, a jade necklace and a fake jade Buddha statue to match my bronze one.
We went out for a walk with our friend Pablo. We went to his house, had a fire, listened to some tunes, and ate marshmellows.
Basically, today was a great day.

Lately, I have been pretty good. Not as good as I would hope though. I just read my last journal and began thinking of my Uncle again. I will never forget him, but the pain has healed a little bit. Seeing his name just makes me want to stab a knife into my stomach. If I could, I would leave here and go see him where ever you go when you die..
Thankfully, my parents have been feeling better and being able to do things with me. It's a pretty nice feeling.
